Make your very own Elf
Make your very own Elf to help with making presents this Christmas with our easy to make guide
- Take a recycled craft roll, plus a sheet of red and yellow A4 card.
- Firstly take the green paint and chubby brushes and apply a layer of paint to the lower two-thirds of the craft roll.
- While this dries, on the red piece of card, use a small saucer to cut out a circle for the Elf hat. Using the same piece of card, create the collar using the straight edge of the card and a pair of scissors to cut a neat pattern. For the lovely yellow belt, take the yellow piece of card and cut a small strip to wrap around. Finally using the red piece of card again, draw around a button to create the belt buckle.
- When the paint is dry, take a thin layer of CLASSMATES glue on the collar and belt to attach them to the recycled roll. Then take the circular piece of red card and fold into a cone shape, applying a thin layer of glue to secure. Take glittery pom pom, and three non-glittery pom poms and glue securely to the top and front of the hat.
- While these dry, take a pair of wiggly eyes and apply a thin layer of glue to attach to the top of the craft roll. Grab a black felt tip pen and draw a small happy smile.
- Finally, take the cone and apply a thin layer of glue to the top of the craft roll for the hat to sit on securely.
