On the 11th of October, gls came away with two top accolades at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2023.
The awards celebrate the unparalleled efforts and achievements of customer experience professionals across the UK. Esteemed by the industry, these awards stand as a testament to excellence, setting the gold standard for those aiming to elevate customer experience in their respective fields.
To begin with, Zoe Reuter, the CX Director at gls, clinched the coveted ‘CX Leader of the Year’ award. Judges hailed her as an embodiment of leadership, noting her steadfast dedication over the years and her tangible impacts. They reflected, “Her journey with the same firm over the years, consistently making strides to usher positive changes, truly sets her apart.”
Zoe remarked on the award: “I make no secret of how proud I am to work at gls, and of the customer experience we deliver. This is not just a recognition of the CX team, but the entire gls team, as everyone contributes to great CX!”
“Presenting at the awards allowed me to reflect on all of the great work we have done over the last 18 months spanning product, value, service and all of the solutions and tools we have created to make our customers lives easier, plus what we have achieved through our Findel Foundation for our customer community. Everything that we do is underpinned by our understanding of our customers needs, and it has been amazing to have so many customers in our business over the last 12 months to really cement our connection with them. It is this understanding and embedding what our customers want into our strategy which led us to achieve a silver award in ‘customers at the heart of everything’. I was also extremely proud (and extremely overwhelmed!) to receive the CX Leader of the Year award, and this is dedicated to everyone at gls.”
Furthermore, the company’s prowess was highlighted as gls was honoured with the Silver Award for ‘Customers at the heart of everything (Small-Medium B2B company)’. Judges admired gls’s unyielding commitment, stating that “in a sector where trust is paramount, gls’s relentless efforts to escalate and innovate their offerings, all while cherishing their invaluable customer base, is a testament to their ethos.”
